Overview

According to several recent studies, including a 2012 SHRM survey, Business Acumen has been identified as one of the critical competencies needed by leaders over the next decade. The workshop enables target audience see the business’s big picture through simulating the management of a company through setting the company’s strategic document, formulating strategies, setting broad goals, developing the marketing plan & the financial plan, and managing the operations of logistics.

  • This course spans 5 sessions, each lasting 5 hours, providing 25 hours

This course is available in two versions to accommodate diverse preferences and schedules:

Online Version:

  • Schedule: 2 days Per week
  • Time: 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM (Cairo Time)
  • Format: Online sessions for remote learning and interaction.

In-Person Version at the EBS Center’s Headquarters:

  • Schedule: Fridays and Saturdays
  • Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Or 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Cairo Time)
  • Location: EBS Training Academy
  • Format: Face-to-face sessions, providing a collaborative and immersive learning experience.

Business Acumen Simulation is designed as an activities-based experiential workshop for improving the strategic management thinking and operational skills for leaders, managers, and entrepreneurs who are managing and leading their own enterprises or being part of the management team who manage the organization where they work.

Training Delivery Methodology

Business Acumen Simulation is designed as an activities-based experiential workshop where participants act as the Board of Directors of the simulation company case. After getting the concepts, target audience apply these concepts to the simulation company case. Also, they receive direct coaching and feedback (whether positive and/or corrective) by the simulation facilitator.
