Overview
Dynamic Communication® is a supporting tool for organizations and individuals for improving the leadership, management, and communication skills among the workplace as well as within the personal life. The workshop depends on the theory of personality styles® and provides a great deal of deep analysis of individuals, how each one analyzes and recognizes others, and how each one finds the suitable key for leading, managing, effectively communicating with others. This is done through a variety of individual and group activities to reinforce and apply concepts for better skills improvement.
Each participant will write down a personal development action plan to be followed up on when back to the workplace.
MAP is an affiliate partner with Target Training International Success Insights® (TTISI®) that is one of the top providers of psychometric assessment tools worldwide.
Follow up session is vital to be conducted in 4-5 weeks after the implementation of the workshop to do three main activities; review workshop concepts, follow up on developed action plans, and provide necessary coaching and feedback for continuous improvement.

Dynamic Communication® workshop teaches about the DISC styles® theory through individual and group activities, card games, and videos. It is an interactive and instructor-led workshop.

Dynamic Communication® incorporates an individual styles’ report® that contains a detailed description about that individual that enable him communicate with and lead others more effectively and efficiently.
