Delegating with Style 

Overview

Delegating with Style® workshop is an activities-based workshop that provides the participants with a tools-kit for an effective delegation process. Also, the workshop depends on the theory of DISC styles® analysis and how to delegate tasks for others according to their own behavioral styles.

(The Dynamic Communication® workshop is a prerequisite for this workshop)

Duration

  • 2 Sessions * 5 Hours = 10 Hours
  • This course spans 2 sessions, each lasting 5 hours, providing 10 hours

  • Elegant business solutions (EBS) training Academy – Nasr City.

Course Versions and Schedules:

This course is available in two versions to accommodate diverse preferences and schedules:

Online Version:

  • Schedule: 2 days Per week
  • Time: 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM (Cairo Time)
  • Format: Online sessions for remote learning and interaction.

In-Person Version at the EBS Center’s Headquarters:

  • Schedule: Fridays and Saturdays
  • Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Or 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Cairo Time)
  • Location: EBS Training Academy
  • Format: Face-to-face sessions, providing a collaborative and immersive learning experience.
