“Sales Manager”:

Responsibilities:
• Create and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
• Set individual sales targets for team members.
• Prepare the Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly forecasting and revenue expectations with predictability.
• Collaborate with different internal departments to ensure all client requests are fulfilled.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering and understanding their needs.
• Lead and manage a sales team, providing leadership, training, and coaching.
• Ensure the sales team has the resources needed for optimal performance.
• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to create effective sales plans.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Last Experience 7-10 years of Real Estate.
• broker experience is a must
• Strong business knowledge and industry expertise.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Negotiation skills.
• Flexible mindset and willingness to put clients’ needs first.
