Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Sales. An MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the hygiene or healthcare industry.
Native-level Arabic skills (both reading and writing), Good command of English. French is a plus.
Ability to work across different time zones and cultures.
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office, presentation tools, and digital literacy in internet and
social media usage.
Creative thinking and original idea generation.
independent working capabilities with minimal supervision.
Outstanding written and presentation skills.
Proficient in sales techniques, customer needs assessment, territory management, and market
Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for market development and operate independently.
Responsibilities:
Lead the expansion of market presence through strategic business development, including identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and closing business deals.
Focus on increasing sales by acquiring new customers and strengthening relationships with key accounts in the MENA region.
Represent and promote company services across the MENA region.
Plan and conduct impactful business and sales meetings.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets in the assigned market/region.
Grow the sales volume and expand the portfolio of key clients.
