EBS-Elegant is hiring a CEO Personal Assistant for one of our clients

looking for a dynamic and organized personal assistant to join our team and support our CEO. If you have a knack for multitasking, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach, we want to hear from you! This role will involve managing the CEO’s calendar, coordinating meetings, and handling various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will also have strong communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO’s daily, weekly, and monthly schedule, ensuring efficient time management.

Network Coordination: Assist in managing and expanding the CEO’s professional network.

Documentation: Record, archive, and maintain important documents and records.

Report Collection: Gather and compile reports from various departments for the CEO’s review.

Asset Management: Assist in managing the CEO’s assets, ensuring everything is in order and well-maintained.

Requirements:

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English are a must.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
