We are hiring for one of our clients a “Sales Engineer Supervisor”:

  • Field: Wholesale Motor Vehicles and Parts
  • Work Type: full time
  • Work Location: El Nozha
  • Work Days: 6 days

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets and expand market share within the automotive spare parts industry.
  • Lead and Motivate Team: Manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, informing strategic decision-making.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize costs.
  • Team Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize team effectiveness.
  • Collaboration with other departments: such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure that all aspects of the business are aligned toward achieving common goals.

 

  • Oversee Wholesalers and Retail Sales: Supervise the sales team responsible for B2B distribution of diesel engine spare parts, ensuring efficient operations and maximizing revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Proven Sales Experience from 3 to 5 years of successful sales management experience in the automotive spare parts wholesale or retail industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and market research to drive informed decision-making.
  • Understanding of diesel engine spare parts and the automotive aftermarket.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant sales and CRM software.
