Play a crucial role in attracting and retaining exceptional employees. In this position, you will be responsible for continuously seeking out top talent, developing a compelling employment brand, and fostering positive relationships with candidates and employees.

  • Handling all recruitment requests for Egypt and KSA.
  • Responsible for designing a recruitment process that is faithful to the organization’s hiring strategy.
  • Improve recruitment processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
  • Responsible for the development of all sourcing methods and channels to ensure having an up-to-date database.
  • Responsible for using recruitment best practices, techniques, and technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), extensively used job portals, and recruitment marketing platforms.
  • Oversee all aspects of performance management for the team members.
  • Lead employment branding initiatives.
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications tailored to each role.
  • Assist in employee retention and development.
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers, or other events.
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas for improvement.
  • Responsible for onboarding the newly hired employees as well as defining the company’s core goals and competencies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition with a focus on software technical and support functions is a plus.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • BSc or BA in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English are a must.
  • Hands-on experience with MS-Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Prefer IT (data management) experience
  • Prefer Spanish language
