Job Requirements

• HR background is Preferred.
• Bachelor Degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment (Blue Collar).
• Planning & Organizing Skills
• Has the ability to achieve goals and work under pressure.
• Having own resources to hire blue collars at different levels.
• Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets and word-processing programs highly proficient level
• Effective written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports and proposals.
• Effective public relations and public speaking skills

Job Description

• Coordinating manpower planning process and maintaining manpower records.
• Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate channels
• Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc
• Screening candidate’s resumes and job applications
• Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
• Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Ensuring all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time.
• On-boarding new employees to become fully integrated
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports
• Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
• Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
