We are hiring an “Office Executive” for one of our clients

  • Field: Hygiene industry
  • Work location: Based in Cairo
  • Work Type: full time

Responsibilities:

  • Reports Directly to the Executive manager
  • Oversee day-to-day office activities, including communication, company documents, expenses, supplies invoices, export documentation, and logistics.
  • Prepare and edit business correspondence, reports, memos, charts, tables, graphs, plans, and presentations with precision and professionalism.
  • Plan and schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring efficient time management for the executive team.
  • Assist in HR administration activities and recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with office policies and procedures.
  • Accountable for executive manager and team travel arrangements, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Take responsibility for guests’ welcome preparations, ensuring a positive and professional impression.
  • Provide quality customer service, maintaining a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations and logistics or business management. MBA is a privilege
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, and import-export documentation.
  • Native Arabic and fluent English; French is a plus
  • Elegant, confident, and punctual with attention to detail.
  • Time management and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Computer literate, especially in MS Office programs, Adobe (professional level), and
  • proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, CRM, SPSS, and social media.
  • Smart and friendly personality
