We are hiring a “Sales specialist”:

• Field: HR Services & Training
• Work location: Nasr City

• Work Type: full time
• Work Days: 5 days

Responsibilities:

• Contacting potential or existing customers “Individual – Corporate” to inform them about HR services.
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Prepare training material and suggest improvements in the existing process
• Organize and monitor every training
• Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
• Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
• Listening to the customers’ needs.
• Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
• Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
• Answering customers’ questions on the products.
• Meeting sales quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-3 years experience in the same position
• HR Services Previous Experience is a must or Similar
• English Language proficiency, MS Office proficiency, Excellent Interpersonal & Intellectual skills
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in identifying new leads, prospecting & acquiring new business.
• Cairo residents are preferred
